Predictable, but enjoyable brain sedative. A little dated in written description of emotions.
A clear but kind of shallow and very predictable novel. Almost too much femininity throughout to be taken seriously as a western novel. Try Baby Blue and other writings by Lloyd Albritton...
This book is about a young man that learned being scared did not make him a coward. Also it's not easy to forgive but we must to live a happy life.
Author did an awesome job balancing our hero's inner fears with his actions. Good read. Only thing this lacks is a stampede and a few angry Indians. 😉
Did not read this but want to clear it from the list. It might be good. I lost interest in older Westerns.
Old west story with some mystery and romance. While it was a good story that held my interest it got wordy at times. There were a few times I had to back up to find out who was being talked about. Some of the words were odd and I had to look at the definitions. Overall a good book that I would recommend. My fav was good ol Dave.
I loved this story. The author starts out with a forward that has to be read to make any sense of the story, don't skip it. The story is filled with adventure and romance, and goes on to a tale of the old west. Read it... Gary
